Take by a dropper, drop by drop as follows:

Up to 4 times a day (half an hour before sleeping and then right before going to sleep)

4 months up to 12 months of age: 5 drops

Children 12 months of age and older: 7 drops

Valerian Edulis, Chamomile, Pasiflora, vegetable glycerin
